Anti-Animal Protein
Cholesterol is needed and is naturally produced by our body. However, when we consume dietary cholesterol that’s found in meat, eggs and dairy products it stays in our blood stream and clogs our arteries. In 25% sudden death is the first and only symptom of coronary heart disease. Erectile Disfunction is an early symptom of vascular disease.
I recently watched a documentary, “Change Your Food, Change Your Life”, it was very interesting to not only see the negative effects of meat but all animal products. I myself am not a vegan, not even a vegetarian, however this film made me rethink my choice. A few years ago I went vegetarian for about 6 months and ended it when I couldn’t get over a stomach bug that had been going around. I know that I wasn’t doing my homework and I wasn’t eating the right foods.
